Sarah McGuinness is a mental health champion and one of New Zealand’s leading workplace wellbeing experts.

Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate wellbeing and behaviour change and has supported well-known organisations to improve the wellbeing of their people, including Sealord, the NHS, nib and Weta. She draws on her honours degree in psychology and degree in communication, training in health behaviour, fitness and facilitation, plus a 15+ year career in the corporate sector specialising in leadership and organisational development in Australia and New Zealand which included an award-winning program.

Peter Rowe

Peter is the Head of the New Zealand Export Credit team, which is New Zealand’s Export Credit Agency located within the Treasury.  Peter is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Export Credit team, with a focus on its performance, strategy and partnerships with business, banks and other agencies.  Peter has been with the Export Credit team for over 9 years, and prior to his current role led the client facing side of the team, working with exporters to address the risks and concerns that keep them awake at night. 

Prior to joining the Export Credit team Peter spent the previous 10 years in banking working for banks in New Zealand and London, with a focus on project and export finance transactions.

Florence Van Dyke

Florence Van Dyke

Florence is the Head of Sustainability at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and co-founder of Chia Sisters. Chia Sisters is a health beverage company based out of a solar-powered, Zero Carbon and B Corp certified juicer in Nelson, supplying cafes and supermarkets nationally and exporting to Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Florence is a Trustee and Co-Founder of Businesses for Climate Action. For her work in business and climate change, she is recognised on the Forbes 30 under 30 List and as an Edmund Hillary Fellow.

Florence is a lawyer by training, previously working at Bell Gully and for the United Nations. She spent 2022 studying a Masters at University of California, Berkeley specialising in sustainable food systems.
